Evening run

I did it! Lazy butt or not, but I got myself together and went out running. My legs felt a bit stiff at first, but loosened up after a while. It's not as warm here as in Spain so the air was easier to breath while running, but I sure missed the beautiful views and sounds of the ocean in Villajoyosa!

I wore my tights from Stronger  but I could easily have worn a pair of shorts instead because it was warmer than I thought it would be.

I chose to take the more scenic route so that I wouldn't miss the ocean too much, but although pretty the ocean is still the ocean. 

It's strange how my workouts in Spain felt so much more enjoyable than the ones I do here in Sweden. Almost as if all the training in Spain was for fun and the training here at home is a boring must! Talked to my husband about that and he felt exactly the same way! Got to find away to get the "fun" part connected to my training at home too. Don't know how though so if you have any ideas, please let me know! 

Talked to my best friend (and pt) earlier today and he suggested we'd meet up tomorrow at the gym to kick start the autumn workout plan! I guess it's a good idea and maybe what I need to make it fun, but I already had plans for tomorrow (catching a movie with that same bff among other things) so I guess we'll make it work on Sunday instead! He's going to help me get rid of my back pains once and for all! đŸ‘ŒđŸ»đŸ˜
