I missed out on my workouts earlier this week because of work and a kind of upset tummy. I've been stressed at work for a while and that in combination with coffee and not so healthy foods as I usually keep to, has made my tummy work against me. Making me feel sick. So now I'm trying to please it again, the tummy, by behaving (trying not to stress and eating healthy) and not drinking coffee! 😩
No workout done for me today, but I'll go for a run tomorrow (and hopefully on Sunday as well).
