The not so special breaky at my desk at work this morning. Actually rather boring and with little nutrients that does me good. When waking up late and prioritizing getting mini-me to kindergarten in time, this is what you get. By now my BFF Mia is shaking her head to my excuse, knowing eating a healthy breakfast is not my strong side. I fribble a lot when it comes to breakfast, if not on weekends. I admit. But I do it because of two reasons:
1. I rather sleep an extra twenty minutes in the morning than preparing that special breakfast and eating it before I leave home.
2. I just don't have an appetite early in the morning. It takes me about an hour to get hungry.
(3. I'm lazy...)
But, I'm quite good at eating healthy every other meal besides breakfast. Avoiding sugar and eating no wheat or other products containing gluten, not because I have to but because I feel better when I don't eat it. :)
But enough of the breaky-talk, healthy or not, I need to get back to work now that my sandwishes found their way into my tummy!
